On the Sega Genesis, the accuracy for each stage corresponds to the given rank. If the player has killed innocents on any stage, they will either maintain their rank or will be demoted. When the game begins, the player's rank is Sheriff, and after each stage the player will be promoted, provided they have not killed any innocents.

The 3 things you need to get this playable is the (1) Konami IR Gun, (2) 10x IR LED boards, and (3) two VGA monitors. I will Include a partial harness to get everything running.
Over 60 caps were replaced, and I also replaced 2x DDR Ram sticks as the computer wouldn't POST properly. The motherboard and power supply had blown capacitors all over the place. This game did not work when i received it. My price is not set in stone yet, but maybe looking for $900 + shipping.
